Nausea During Pregnancy


Some recommendations:


Apple cider vinegar: 1 Teaspoon Apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water, if you like you can add some honey.

ginger teaGinger Tea: 1 piece/slice fresh ginger root steeped in boiled water for 10 minutes. Honey optional. Maximum 3 cups/day.

Umeboshi Plum: (can be found at a natural foods store) 1 half teaspoon of Umeboshi Paste in a cup of hot water, honey optional.

Other: Camomile tea, ginger ale, mineral water with lemon juice, potato soup.

What to Eat:

Almonds, Crackers, dried fruit (such as apricots, raisins), egg toast, grapefruit, Marmite, Pasta, Peaches, Pears, Potatoes or Kumara (sweet potato) in any form (such as baked, in a porridge), baby food, white bread.
