Wind and Agitation
Does wind make you agitated? In Chinese medicine, we say this type of person is “Livery.” The organ associated with the season of Spring, is the Liver. The Liver in Chinese medical philosophy harmonizes digestion, emotions, menstruation, and the production of bile. The emotions associated are Anger and depression, and the Element is Wind.
